Dr. Fisher is a Postdoctoral Scholar at Oregon State University. Her research focuses on faculty adoption of instructional practices, organizational change with respect to teaching and learning and student understanding of science concepts and research process. She has published articles on the use of social network analysis to improve change initiative implementation and student perceptions of authentic research experiences in atmospheric science.
